Undergraduate / MSc taught Students:
There is a limited number of registrations available for Undergraduate / MSc taught Students at a reduced rate. To apply for this registration fee please email email@example.com detailing the course that you are enrolled in (course title and institution), the stage that you are at if it covers multiple years and a short summary on why attending the conference would be useful for your studies or future career plans. The committee will then consider your application on an individual basis.
The registration fee for Pancreas 2016 includes:
- Admission to the Conference, Poster Sessions and the Exhibition
- Conference documentation
- Daily tea/coffee and lunch
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Registration for activities that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if booked.
Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registrations
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Pancreas 2016 Registration Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation of registration will be accepted subject to an administration fee:-
- Cancellations up to and including 24 March 2016: total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of £60.
- Cancellations made after 25 March, we regret that no refund can be made.

Registration and accommodation will be confirmed when the organisers has received full payment.
Admission to the Conference is granted only if the organisers have received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Conference.
Payment of registration
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or PayPal may be used for payment of registration. Please enter your card details when requested during registration.
- Bank transfer to Bank of Scotland, further banking information will be detailed on the invoice that you receive when you have completed your registration.
Please quote the name of the participant and registration reference on all bank transfers.
All bank charges and fees associated with the transfer will not be accepted by the Conferences and must be met by the participant. Registration fees MUST be paid in full before Conference registration can be confirmed. All fees should be remitted within 5 days of making this registration. A copy of your bank transfer receipt must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org as proof of payment.
The Pancreas 2016 Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will the Pancreas 2016 Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Bank transfers not accepted from 9 May 2016.
